Enrollment process
The enrollment process takes place through several clear steps. Our team is here to help parents after the required documentation has been prepared.
EMIS registration
Parents register the child through the official EMIS preschool system and complete the reservation/application step during the announced enrollment period.
Adding documents
The required documentation is added to the system and carefully checked. Changes are possible only before the verification phase begins.
Following lists
After verification and choosing the institution, parents follow the preliminary and final ranking lists published through the official system.
Completing enrollment
After acceptance, parents submit the original documentation to the institution and complete the enrollment process with the support of our experienced staff.
Required documents
Once parents prepare the required documents, our experienced staff will guide and support them through every step of the enrollment process, making everything clear, simple and stress-free.
- Medical certificate, not older than one month
- Child’s birth certificate, original or certified copy
- Child’s personal record, provided by the institution
EMIS and subsidy
Akademija Radosti is part of the Sarajevo Canton EMIS system. Parents who meet the conditions may apply for a subsidy through official procedures.
To visit the institution, it is best to contact us in advance so we can arrange for the responsible person to be available for a conversation and tour.
